Order Processing Time

All orders ship within 1-3 business days!   You will receive a confirmation email instantly after you placed an order! Please check your bin folder if you didn't receive one. Sometimes the email goes there and that's why you can't find it!

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive it until tracking information is made available. For international shipments, the tracking we provided you is your local tracking number. The tracking will update when it arrives at your local post office so please don't be worried!
